To Request A Ride:
Text 850-899-7433 the ages/weights of your riders and the dates you will be in our area. If you would like and special packages or a private ride, please let us know that as well. We will get back with you with options and pricing.
Advance Reservations
We recommend during peak season, March-September, that you reserve 3-5 weeks ahead for best chance at getting the time/date that would work best for your family.
Important Information
All times are Eastern Standard Time.
If you are staying in Panama City Beach/Destin area, please remember you are on central time and are 1.5 -2 hours drive time from us.
If you are within 30 minutes of Cape San Blas, your cell phone will alternate between the two time zones depending on which tower is being used. Take this into consideration when deciding when to leave to arrive for ride. If you miss your ride time, you will be charged for the ride.
Paying For Your Ride
We will run all cards 48 hours prior to ride time as long as the weather looks good. If you would like to tip your guide, we can add that on the card on file, or you can use cash, Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal. If would like to use one of those options to pay for your ride or split the ride between several people, please let us know in advance.
Weather Policy
We do not schedule around weather unless it is 100% chance of rain with thunderstorms. If you wish to ride, you need to go ahead and schedule the ride and take a chance. If you wait to book until you get a good weather report, chances are we will already be full.
We rarely have to cancel a whole sessions of rides. Usually, we might shift rides by 30 minutes or so to wait out showers. If it begins raining before ride and there is no sign of thunder and lightning, we will ride as weather typically moves in and out quickly.
In case of cancellation due to weather by us, you WILL NOT be charged for the ride and we will do our best to get you rebooked. Sometimes, though, due to work load and rides already scheduled, it is impossible to reschedule. Please understand that we will do our best but we are working with animals and nature and can only be expected to do so much. We always appreciate your patience.

Cancellation Policy
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy for all groups.
If you cancel within 48 hours or NO SHOW, you will be charged the full rate
for that ride as we will not be able to rebook on such short notice.
We are fair and try to work around illness and injuries should they occur but please be fair to us, and understand that when you book a whole time slot – 6-10 horses, we cannot cancel the whole ride if one person is sick or one person broke their arm. The other riders will be expected to ride or credit card holding the ride will be charged for the full ride.
